SHIPPING COSTS:

We charge a flat shipping fee of US$5.00 for Ground shipping per order. Should an item you are ordering be of a larger bulk or size, we charge our standard flat fee along with a US$20.00 - US$100.00 upcharge based on the item and total weight. This will be indicated on the checkout page, as necessary.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Shipping

In-stock items typically ship within two to three business days from the time when you place your order. You should receive the order within seven business days from the time of shipping, depending on your location and chosen shipping option. We cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes. 

Please note: ALL orders over US$150.00 will be shipped Signature Required.

Sales Tax

We will collect sales tax on all purchases sent within the State of New York. The rates vary based on shipping address; if the order is taxable, shipping charges are also taxable.

Order Cancellation

In-stock orders can be cancelled with no additional penalty, as long as the order has not been processed + shipped. To cancel an in stock order, please send an email to hello@capsubeans.com, and include your name and order number.

Return Policy

We of course hope you fall in love with everything you order from Capsubeans Online Store, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to accept returns on merchandise within a fourteen (14) day time period from date of delivery. Return shipping is considered the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not refund shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@capsubeans.com with questions or concerns - we will do everything within our power to rectify any issues.

Damages

Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase. Notify us within seven (7) days of receipt of any damages. We will gladly replace damaged or broken items promptly.
